Delivery Times
All delivery dates and timescales are estimates only. We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days. If an item is temporarily out of stock, it will be dispatched as soon as it becomes available. In all cases, delivery will take place within 30 days of order acceptance.

Delivery Locations
We deliver to the countries listed on our Online Store. Some products may be restricted in certain destinations, particularly for international orders. Please review product and delivery information carefully before placing your order. We reserve the right to refuse delivery at our discretion.

Delivery Address & Responsibility
Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure this information is accurate and include delivery instructions if needed. Once delivery has been completed according to your instructions, responsibility for the goods passes to you. We are not liable for lost or undelivered parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Risk Transfer
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been delivered to the specified address, except where loss or damage results from our negligence or a manufacturing defect.

Partial Deliveries
If an order contains multiple items and only part of the order is available, we will contact you to arrange delivery of the available items at a mutually agreed time.

International Orders, Customs & Taxes

  • Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes once they reach their destination. These charges are not controlled by us and must be paid by the customer.
  • For EU deliveries over €150, the customer is the importer of record and responsible for import duties and taxes.
  • For EU deliveries under €150, we act as importer of record. VAT will be charged at the destination country’s rate and accounted for by us.
    Customers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country.

Failure to Deliver
If we fail to deliver your order, our liability will be limited to refunding the cost of the goods and any delivery charges paid.
